At Holy Land Farms, we care deeply about the quality of every product we offer and the satisfaction of our community. Whether you’ve purchased apparel, event merchandise, or other items, our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your order.
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Custom, personalized, or event-specific merchandise (such as embroidered apparel, custom shirts, or limited-edition items) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was a manufacturing error or damage during shipping.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by replacing the product or issuing a refund.

A brief description of the issue
A photo (if applicable)
Our team will respond promptly with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items (such as a different size or color). Please reach out before sending your item back to ensure availability.
